What a beautiful mess this life is!
Over the last few days I have realized that it is so important to appreciate the sweetness of each flower in my life.
I think that with out suffering, pain and loss, our hearts would not be able to fully receive and appreciate healing, peace and love.

Find beauty in the small things. Maybe a small thing is the sound of laughter, the reflection of life on water, a colour that catches your eye.
Rainbow flowers! Split a carnation stem down the centre, place each in a different glass of coloured water, wait… wait some more… and you have made a rainbow!
